Michelle has been with us for more than two decades for one simple reason, “I love helping guests create memories that last a lifetime.” Over the years Michelle has built strong relationships with guests through her very personal and personable approach.

“I spoil my clients,” Michelle says. “I take pride in my guest service and take a lot of time with each person. And sometimes they spoil me with beautiful thank-you notes after they return from vacation.”

When you speak with Michelle, she’ll often start by asking about your travel bucket list. She always wants to know where else you’ve traveled and places you may not want to visit. From there, Michelle works her magic in putting just the right vacation package together for each guest.

If you're planning a special celebration, Michelle is ready to help. “One of my favorite guest memories was helping a couple from Texas plan their 50th wedding anniversary trip. They took their immediate family to England and everyone had the most wonderful time.”
