Biggest problem was figuring out how to get from the airport to our hotel the first night.
We traveled across Costa Rica mostly by motor coach. Saw a lot! Friendly people, great food, and wonderful places to visit and stay.

Our guide, Tamara Henry, did an excellent job at Booking. Some venues were very booked-up, but she managed to find the tickets that our group needed. A group went star gazing at 1:30 am in the morning, as the other time slots were booked up. There were optional activities which conflicted in times. Tarmara, along with our bus Driver, Eric, were able to make sure people got to the activity they selected. A challenge, for sure.
Such an interesting trip. We visited mountains, pastures, fjords, lakes, hot springs, offshore islands, kiwi breeding organizations and Māori cultural sites. We had good food everywhere. My only disappointment was not being able to do every excursion that was offered, as some occurred at the same time as others. Delayed luggage was another difficulty. One suitcase was delayed a day at the beginning of the trip and one suitcase delayed a day at the end of the trip.

Everything went very well. We really enjoyed Hawaii, the hotels were great and the Tour Director did a fantastic job. We enjoyed the group and our food requirements were accommodated well.

This our first time booking a trip like this and the representatives we dealt with were great. All our questions and concerns were addressed and we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect.
Although it was a fast pace, the vacation was amazing and our guide and driver were outstanding, so were the local experts that guided us at certain locations. I’m a big tall guy and the seating on the coach was terribly uncomfortable for me. However, our guide seated me in a location where I was very comfortable. There’s nothing negative I can think of about any aspect of the trip.

We booked last minute because another tour group cancelled. Barb helped us with all the last minute details. I was traveling wit my two sisters and she helped coordinate and accommodate all our requests. She was very helpful and reassuring.
Lydia was an incredible tour guide. She was a fountain of knowledge and was always so helpful, kind and friendly. George, our coach driver, was such a gentleman. He was an excellent driver. I always felt safe with him behind the wheel. Barb helped us book this trip and was so helpful and reassuring. I traveled with my sisters and she graciously accommodated all our requests.
