USA - Vienna Vienna, Austria
VIP Door-to-Door Transfer to your local airport for your overnight flight to Vienna.
DAY 2 Arrive Vienna Vienna, Austria
Arrive in Austria’s capital, Vienna, for a relaxing three-night stay. This evening enjoy a Welcome Drink and dinner with your Tour Director.

DAY 3-4 Vienna Vienna, Austria
Enjoy a sightseeing tour that reveals both imperial and contemporary Vienna with your local expert guide. We’ll stop for photographs at Emperor Franz Josef’s Hofburg Palace and see the Cathedral of St. Stephen and the State Opera. Then, enjoy a special included highlight visit to Schoenbrunn Palace with its magnificently preserved staterooms and exquisite gardens. Day 4 is at leisure.

DAY 5 Vienna - Melk - Salzburg Vienna, Austria
We travel along the Blue Danube River this morning for a stop at Duernstein to view Richard the Lionheart’s castle. Through the Wachau Gorge and surrounded by quaint villages and vineyards we arrive at the famous Melk Abbey for an included visit of this imposing structure. Continue west to Salzburg, our home for the next two relaxing nights where our guided sightseeing tour includes “Sound of Music” locations and the birthplace of Mozart. For dinner this evening, enjoy the freedom of your Dine-Around program, and choose from a selection of restaurants recommended by your Tour Director.

DAY 6 Salzburg Salzburg, Austria
A full day to explore this alpine Austrian gem! Optional tours will be available to the nearby Lake District and the Eagle’s Nest at Berchtesgaden.

DAY 7 Salzburg - Cesky - Krumlov - Prague Salzburg, Austria
Our first stop is in medieval Cesky Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where time has stood still for centuries. Continue over the Austrian border through the rich and historic countryside of Bohemia to the beautiful city of Prague for a pleasant three-night stay.

DAY 8 Prague Prague, Czech Republic
Sightseeing of Prague with your local guide features visits to the 1,000-year-old Hradcany Castle, former residence of Bohemian kings, the Cathedral of St. Vitus and the Old Town Square with its Astronomical Clock. Admire the city’s many spires and bridges from Castle Hill.

DAY 9 Prague Prague, Czech Republic
Enjoy a full day at leisure. Seek out the locations used in the movies of “Amadeus,” “Mission Impossible,” “The Bourne Identity” and many more; shop for crystal or join an optional tour to nearby Dresden, the Florence on the Elbe River.

DAY 10 Prague - Bratislava - Budapest Prague, Czech Republic
This morning a scenic drive south takes us through the vineyards of Moravia to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. We see the medieval old town before continuing across the Hungarian border to Budapest,our home for the next three leisurely nights.

DAY 11 Budapest Budapest, Hungary
The main sights of the twin cities of Buda and Pest included in our sightseeing tour with your local Hungarian expert are views of the Gellert Hill, the Royal Palace and a visit to the 13thcentury Church of Matthias.

The rest of your time is free for shopping or a cruise on the beautiful Danube River. On your last evening, savor local delights at our memorable Highlight Farewell Dinner with traditional gypsy music!
